Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing and using forexrecipes.com and applying to the Forex Recipes mentorship program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Application Deposit
The $497 application deposit is required to submit an application. This deposit is fully refundable if your application is not accepted. If your application is accepted, the deposit is applied to the program fee. If you do not complete the application process, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Program Fee & Refund Policy
The Forex Recipes program fee is $5,000. Once your application is accepted and the remaining balance is paid, the program fee is non-refundable. By completing enrollment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
4. No Financial Advice
Forex Recipes is an educational mentorship program. Nothing provided through this program constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or trading advice. All trading decisions are your own. Your money, your risk, your responsibility.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading forex, gold, indices, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, trade case studies, market analysis videos, and other content provided through Forex Recipes are the intellectual property of Forex Recipes and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.
7. Acceptance & Rejection
Forex Recipes reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. Rejection of an application is not a reflection on the applicant's ability or potential.
